Receiver(s) Powered, No Audio

1 - Secure Cables Connections

Poor power cable connections may cause Receivers to stop being detected. Make sure all cable connections to the Transmitter, Receivers, TV, and speakers are secure.

3. Wait ~1 minute before resuming audio or turning on TV
(skipping step may create audio quality issues and require you redo steps 1-2)

Once detected, the Transmitter will continuously send audio to the Receiver location.
If the Receiver is reconnected to a new outlet, it may need to be detected again.

4 - Check for Surge Protection

Plugging AUDIO Cu devices into some surge protected power outlets may lead to unstable audio or prevent audio transmission entirely. Read our article below to learn about surge protectors and AUDIO Cu.
